Lead Box Entry Pads

Our lead box entry pads are stocked in a 'general purpose' format to suit multiple placement solutions. Sharp and clear printing with black ink on white paper, there are 50 sheets to a pad, double glued to a cardboard backing to make sure the pads do not fall apart. Our lead box entry pads allow you to collect details such as Name / Address / Email / Phone / Age / Best Time to Call. We can also custom design an entry pad for your business incorporating your business colours and logo as well as any specific information you are looking to gather (minimum order of 200 pads required).
