Loss of goods:
For almost every order placed, LeadBox Australia use either couriers or registered delivery through Australia Post to deliver their goods. This allows us to track all orders from dispatch to delivery and deal swiftly with any lost or undelivered orders. Please feel free to contact us to confirm a dispatch date of your goods. If you have not received your goods within 2-3 business days of this date, we can create a ‘courier support ticket’ or access the Australia Post tracking system to allocate your goods and will contact you with an update of the position.
Please note that couriers cannot deliver to a PO Box.
Damage to goods:
If, after receiving your goods, you find any damage, you are entitled to a receive that part of your order again. In this event, simply pack and return the damaged goods to PO Box 3764, Burleigh Town, QLD 4220. Once we have received the damaged goods, we will dispatch a replacement order immediately and refund the postage you paid for sending it back to us.
